Connectopia Inc. ("KinNet") provides users with private group chat services and other associated features. Our Community Guidelines, together with relevant sections of the Terms of Use, collectively referred to as the "Guidelines," dictate your relationship with and usage of KinNet.These Guidelines are enforced by our team of administrators.

Our platform allows businesses to expand their sales channels, reach more customers, and increase revenue. Additionally, KinNet enables shops to offer customers convenient, round-the-clock shopping experiences, resulting in higher user satisfaction.

It's everyone's responsibility to help ensure that the interactions within the app, whether through messages or comments, stay positive and welcoming for all. Use our KinNet in-app features with respect. We do not condone excessive spamming, phishing, use of autobots, or illegal tampering with data.

Best Practice for Users
Conversations and Transactions in KinNet occur in groups, each with unique dynamics based on the roles of group owner and group member. Here are best practices for each role:
Group Owner/Vendor
As the creator of a group in KinNet, you are the group owner with significant influence over the conversation's content and style. You can guide the conversation and make decisions regarding your group, such as inviting or removing members, selling new products and determining who can invite members.
You must:
- Manage your group: Ensure group conversations follow the principles and rules of KinNet. If violations arise, issue warnings or remove the member.
- Verify group members' ages: KinNet is for users over 18 years old. As a group owner, verify no minors are in your group.
Vendors can only offer approved items for sale on the KinNet and must ensure that items meet relevant legal requirements and quality standards. Vendors are responsible for determining the quantity, type, and price of items they make available, as well as ensuring accurate descriptions and images. KinNet may remove items that do not meet these criteria or contain inappropriate content. Vendors must handle any returns or refunds for defective items or mis-shipments. All transactions must occur through KinNet, and vendors found circumventing this process may have their accounts suspended or removed. Vendors must adhere to performance standards and conduct guidelines set by KinNet and maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment in the community. Member/Buyer
As a buyer, participate in group conversations while observing KinNet principles and rules. Provide your correct birthdate and choose a suitable group. Report rule-violating members or groups.
You can delete and leave groups at any time, and block users if needed.
Buyers may place orders for products on the Shop of the group, but receipt of an order number or email confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Prices, availability, and product information are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, buyers agree to pay all charges related to the purchase, including shipping, handling, and taxes.
Maintaining a Safe and Respectful KinNet Community
To maintain a secure and respectful environment for all KinNet users, we require adherence to the following guidelines. Your actions while using our Services are solely your responsibility, and we reserve the right to take action against users who violate these guidelines or engage in harmful behavior towards our community. Prohibited Behaviors:
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, predatory or stalking behavior
- Discrimination, hate conduct, or violence threats against individuals or groups
- Unauthorized access to other user's accounts, use of multiple accounts, or impersonation/misrepresentation of yourself, others, or entities
Content Restrictions:
- Defamatory, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, inflammatory, or abusive content
- Content depicting discrimination, isolation, false statements, impersonation or glorifying animal cruelty, sadistic gore, self-harm, or suicide
- Unauthorized sharing of personal or private information belonging to third parties
- Unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising, or solicitations
- Infringement of intellectual or proprietary rights, explicit or suggestive content involving minors, or content violating US laws or Community Guidelines
Service Misuse:
- Interfering with, disrupting, negatively affecting, or inhibiting other users' experiences
- Reverse engineering aspects of our Services, circumventing access limitations, or using data mining methods without written consent
- Promoting risky or hazardous behavior, amateur stunts, challenges, illegal transactions, spamming, phishing, bots, or malicious software
KinNet is committed to maintaining user safety and privacy by enforcing these guiding principles. We appreciate creativity and innovation but may revoke access or remove content under certain circumstances. All KinNet accounts must be owned by individuals aged 18 or older, according to local laws. The sale of accounts or servers, use of self-bots, user-bots, and platform spamming are not permitted. By using our Services, you agree not to breach these rules, any applicable laws or contracts, intellectual property rights, or other third-party rights. Violators of our guidelines may face bans and be reported to law enforcement authorities. Reporting Violations
If you violate the KinNet Guidelines or Rules, your group may be banned and your account may be deleted.
To report a violation, follow these steps:
- Visit the relevant user's profile page, click the three dots in the top right corner, then select "Report."
- Select a reason.
- Provide a detailed description and attach screenshots as evidence.
Please note when reporting another user for a rule violation:
- Your identity will remain confidential.
- Submit reports with attached evidence (screenshot, picture) for enforcement.
- Reports are reviewed and investigated on a case-by-case basis.
- We strive to be fair, consistent, and responsive in addressing reported incidents.
- If targeted directly by the violation, we'll share process and resolution information with you.
- Intentional false reports are considered a rules violation.
If you've been reported for violating a rule, please note:
- We will review and investigate your case.
- Notifications will be sent in-app if you're found to have violated community guidelines.
- You'll be informed of the investigation result and its potential impact on you.
- To appeal a decision, click "Appeal" and submit relevant context (words, video, picture). Successful appeals result in account restoration; you may resubmit a second (final) appeal if necessary.
- We'll inform you of the inquiry outcome and possible consequences.
We acknowledge that not all KinNet users will agree with our definition of Community Guidelines violations. However, to maintain a functional platform, we must reserve the right to determine breaches at our sole discretion.
When reporting infractions, remember that opinions vary, and reporting doesn't guarantee a specific outcome. The decision to delete content or users is made solely at our discretion.
